You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include all tags, receipts, and proof of purchase.

International Returns Process

However, please be aware that returning items to our designated warehouses may involve significant international shipping costs and a lengthy duration, typically around 3 months. Due to the risks of loss or damage during transit, we strongly advise against returning products to our warehouses.

Starting a Return

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
